At Andrew & Sarah Toronto, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request can only be submitted after the product has been physically delivered.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping costs.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all tags and labels.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but items must not show signs of use or wear.

  • Orders intentionally placed in multiple sizes or variations with the intention of returning part of the order are not eligible for return.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


Return Process

To return a product, please follow these steps:

Step 1

Step 2
After your request has been approved, you will receive the return address and instructions.

Step 3
Ship the product back using a carrier of your choice. All return shipping costs, including any customs or import fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

Step 4
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments without tracking confirmation.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after approval

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Responsibility and Liability

Andrew & Sarah Toronto is not responsible for:

  • Lost return shipments without tracking

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout

If an incorrect address was entered during checkout, you must notify us within 24 hours after placing your order.

After this period, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
